And we’re back…the 2006 NBA Playoffs bracket!
4/17 Update: The bracket has been updated with all of this year’s playoff teams. The match-ups might change a little, especially in the east. I’ll update accordingly.
Ok, so my little hiatus was short lived. Shan got me hooked on American Idol, and of course, the return of the NBA Playoffs can not go unnoticed!
I have once again created my annual playoffs bracket, and will be updating it accordingly as the regular season comes to a close. Why do I do this? I don’t know! I just like to, ok? Maybe it’s because my NCAA bracket got so utterly and completely destroyed this year that I need some sort of retribution. How this counts as that, I have no clue. I don’t have all the answers, ok? But I do have fresh NBA Playoff brackets!
We’re definitely looking at the Detroit Pistons going all the way this year. I’ll have to say they will in the championship in 5 games at Detroit Ok that’s not possible, since they have “home court advantage” in the Finals’ 2-3-2 format. SO, we reorganize. The Pistons will win games 1 & 2, lose game 3, win game 4, lose game 5, and win game 6 in Detroit to become the 2006 NBA Champions! There we go.
Here are the last two years’ brackets:
and for sake of continuity, here’s this year’s:
