I was only calling to figure out where to return a modem to. Three different people offered me the same stuff. One would transfer me to another (AT&T is the worst at getting you to the right place) and each person would go through the same spiel over again. I finally hung up on one lady when she started asking how much I pay for certain services. Ugh! AT&T did that with me when I called last week.
